Frederic Piquionne Fly-tipping case- West Ham striker fined £449

West Ham striker Frederic Piquionne has admitted to dumping ten black bin sacks, two recycling bags and a cardboard box in the village of Stapleford Tawney, three miles away from his house in Oak Hill Road, Stapleford Abbots, Essex. He pleaded guilty to fly-tipping at the Harlow Magistrates Court after documentary evidence was found linking the rubbish back to him.

Piquionne dumped the waste next to a wheelie bin and magistrates, taking into account that the French star might not be aware of UK waste control methods, was given a conditional discharge and fined £449 towards prosecution costs.
