This serious looking injury to PSV goalkeeper Przemyslaw Tyton caused a 15 minute delay in the PSV Ajax Eredivisie match on 18 September 2011. Tyton was taken to hospital after the injury. The PSV Ajax game ended in a 2-2 draw.

Tyton had to be stretchered off after the collision with Belgian Timothy Derijck – such was the seriousness of the injury.
