Pep Guardiola managed to get a win over his old side in the second leg of this Champions League semifinal tie, but the 3-0 loss from the first leg proved to be too much of a hurdle to overcome as Barca ran out 5-3 on winners on aggregate. Bayern took the lead through Benatia, but Barca hit back through two Neymar goals that effectively killed off the game. Bayern scored through Muller and Lewandowski in the second half to take a consolation 3-2 win.
